Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments

We understand that plans may change, and we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made less than 248 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

2. Deposits

All treatments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits are deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel within the required notice period (48 hours or more), your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.

3. Online Orders

If you wish to cancel an online product order, please contact us at admin@lunariabeautyclinic.com as soon as possible.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Courses and Packages

If you have purchased a prepaid treatment course or package, individual appointments can be rescheduled according to the 48-hour policy above.
Failure to attend or late cancellations may result in the session being deducted from your package balance.

5. Cancellations by Lunaria Beauty Clinic

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g., due to illness, technical issues, or unforeseen events).
In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any deposits paid will be fully refunded or transferred to a new booking.
