Booking Policy

Non-refundable £30 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining amount is paid on the day.

Consultations

If you are unsure about what treatment to book, please book an In-Clinic Consultation. The £30 deposit goes towards your bespoke treatment on the day. You will receive:

  • Hands-on Skin or Hair analysis + Immediate Treatment Start

  • Tailored In-Clinic Treatment Plan designed to address your skin concerns

  • Skincare Recommendations

If you are struggling with your skin and would like to focus on your at-home skincare routine, please book an Online Skin Consultation (no in-clinic treatment will be performed). You will receive:

  • Personalised Medical-Grade Skincare Plan to address your skin concerns

  • Opportunity for Prescription Skincare

  • 4-Week Progress Check-In to assess how your skin is adjusting to your new routine

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel your appointment a minimum of 48 hour notice is required. You can only reschedule your appointment once. A second attempt will require a new deposit.

Any cancellations will forfeit your deposit. Please ensure that you are committed to your appointment before booking.

Failure to attend the scheduled appointment or cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and your card will be charged the full treatment price. A new deposit needs to be made to schedule a new appointment.

Arriving to Your Appointment

A 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrival. After this time, your appointment may be cancelled, or the treatment time may be reduced.

You are welcome to bring a plus one, however they must wait in the waiting room.

Please arrive make-up free.
